We ship out orders every Monday + Thursday. All US Orders ship with USPS 2-day priority mail. Orders outside the US are shipped with USPS Priority Mail International and should be delivered within 5-7 business days. Every package is insured up to the amount of purchase + an email with tracking information will be sent out to the email provided, when we drop the package with USPS. *please note that due to COVID-19 shipping times with USPS may take a bit longer.
We want you to love your pieces and we work hard to ensure each package is prepared for shipment with care. But if you are not happy with your piece or if something comes wrong with your order please email lua@modernmoonchild.com within 5 days of order delivery and we will be happy to work with you.
